Either give it (And all other Physical Electric Types) Volt Tackle (AKA 0% chances to happend because Pikachu)
Or a new move.
(There's Plasma Fists, but i think it's like Volt Tackle: never gonna be given to other mon)

Wynaut both for Rhyperior? The recovery would be Slack Off. I think it's the one who makes the most sense on it (apart from making a new move for other Rock types)
