From what we've seen it uses CTB, not ATB. Hard to say what that little blurb actually means without a proper translation. Could be from an older build that actually had ATB combat.

At least DCS system is easy enough and straight forward, the new Pokémon system, put time based system over the old one, they didn't fully commit to the new one, so they added a complicated layer of shit over the classic formula

either you have the balls to try something new, or you half ass something like what Gamefreak did with PLA
