>>48894239Actually if you go at the details autistically, you'll notice that Galarian Articuno has a narrower tail-ribbon, the feature structure is quite different, the crystals on the head go straight back rather than splaying out, and the black stripe on the front isn't protruding fluff, in addition to the most obvious addition of the "mask".
Galarian Moltres has a shoebill-style beak, a much more firmly two-tone "flame" pattern, the body's aspect produces a smoke effect that's added on the head, and of course the red stripe.
It isn't fuck-all effort recolors, they are actual separate models, it's just that it's all relatively subtle details instead of giant in-your-face profile overhauling stuff. That Galarian Zaptos' legs stand out is incidental, the others actually have similarly large changes, just not nearly as *obvious*.
