Neither BDSP or Legends would be able to draw a second holiday sales window, like SS+DLC did (as the rehash version) - hell, they didn't trust Legends with a November release - another indication Gen IX is next year. Why else would they not delay it till November, if Gen IX in 2023 was the overall aim?
