I like Pokemon I haven't used before, weaker BST Pokemon but with Abilities that give consistent boosts, Pokemon that don't waste half of their BST on an attacking stat they never use, avoiding multiples of the same type, covering all 18 attack types, and avoiding irritatingly slow Pokemon that get constantly chipped away with every battle.

Don't especially care for any of the starters, but it fits the best for type coverage. Could change to Kingdra later.

Hits stupid hard, can cover spare elements with Punches. Gets a Wide Lens so it stops killing itself.

I keep wanting to try it out for an in-game team but never found a game where it fit till now. Just played Gen 1 with Victreebel and Tentacruel, and Serene Grace Air Slash is like the next best thing to Wrap. Seems to be an "everyone uses this"-mon for BDSP, don't care.

If we're going to be forced to get Affection boosts, fuck it, I'm at least going to have some fun with 100% crit ratio Sniper.

Getting Dragon type moves without running a fucking Garchomp is suprisingly hard in this game. Technician does a decent amount of work.
