Because there’s just not enough to say about Pokémon to fuel an entire channel. It’s why most poketuber “content” is insanely bland. And it makes poketubers feel like they’re money grubbing Jews, creating videos not because they have something worth making a video about, but because they need the lowest common denominator to feed them precious views. And when they make a video on a polemon with less to say about, they simply say less instead of stretching out the video. So it never feels forced. Not to mention they seemingly cover pokemon based on demand to hear about them. Aside from that people who essentially just do full nuzlockes or challenge runs can be pretty good
