Why is emolga flying type when it don't even learn fly? , at least they should remake its ability similar to morpeko and get one turn electric/normal and next electric/flying or just between electric and fliying

Before gen 8 Nuzzle was exclusive to Pikamons, and that move singlehandedly put Pachirisu on a world champion's team. And even with gen 8 the Pikamons are still by far the best Nuzzle users, so they're not useless even now.

At this point Raichu itself should just be regarded as a "Pikaclone." If the series debuted today, Pikachu would definitely not have an evolution.

They're actually really good to use. Morpeko was a surprising powerhouse in my SwSh playthrough. I don't do double battles, so I don't know if Plusle/Minun are good support or are just outdated gimmickmons.

The cheermons had the unfortunate fate of being Pikamons AND the generation's gimmickmons, so they didn't really stand much of a chance. Helping Hand is neat, but it's available on so many better mons and Plus/Minus doesn't do much when the Pokemon they're on are working off stage 1 stat averages.

They missed the point by Gen IV with Pachirisu. Plusle and Minum pushed the double battle gimmick, and Marill got overshadowed by Pichu. Pachirisu had no notable gimmick and Emonga was a blatant retread. On the other hand, they already did the triple gimmick with the monkeys. Imagine an offshoot of Plusle/Minum for triple/rotation battles.
