There's something magical about Kingdra inflating that can't seem to be replicated with other pokemon
His stoic nature being put in such a goofy and stupid situation, the fact he doesn't have arms makes him vulnerable and desperate whil3 being inflated against his will, his long mouth when inflated looks like a penis and that's cute, especially when his cheeks grow to look like two balls, also his shocked wide eyes with tiny dots really put the bottom in him.
