>>48923376Broken means you can win just by bringing it and the only way to deal with it is to use it yourself. Lando just fits well on almost any team. It's far from unmanageable. It has no way of restoring its health, and is always coming in just to jntimidate, so its easy to rack up hazard/poison damage even if you're not hitting it hard. U turn is a fucking 70 bp bug move. You can just tank it and whack it a second time as it pivots. Its strong, but it needs to make room for u turn and support moves so it rarely runs stone edge. In gen 6, bisharp and azumarill became viable in ou, both of them can nlow it up. In gen 7, garchomp can oneshot it with dragonium. It liked to pivot in on bulu, tangrowth, mega heracross, and others. This is extremely funny because all of them and others wall it and either set up or cripple it. It always comes in on megatar and zard x ecen though both can oneshot it after basically any chip. In gen 8 where you dont even fear flyinium, it just kind of sits there. Landorus is not what it was in gen 5. Smogonites will never acknowledge that and slap it at the top of every viability rankings despite understanding exactly why it's not broken, though, and vptards are to lazy to analyze team comp to guess its set, or predict the u turn, or even chip it before trying to oneshot it from full health with a banded tar or some shit.
>>48923102It is but ever since gen 5, usage was informed by performance, rather than favor. Gen 5 was the point when charizard dropped to NU when someone rralized that it contributes nothing tl the meta. Before then, it was OU by usage because people just liked it.
