When I was a kid I told a kid during daycare if he gave me his entire Pokémon card collection I’d give him a Pokémon book the next day. That was my last day in daycare and i never saw him again.

When I was a child I nicknamed all my pokemon my real name, so I had several hundred pokemon all with my name in Heart Gold, save for a singular krabby I named Mr.Krabs, I then repeated this process for Black until about a third of the way through when I got really self-conscious and stopped nicknaming pokemon all together

When I was playing Firered as an autistic kid, I had a habit of nicknaming every single Pokemon I caught. I would make up terrible names for each one. For example, Pikachu would be shocky, goldeen would be fishy, Growlethe would be torch, and so on. By the time I got Mewtwo (I think I recall naming him something like Sicciro or some stupid shit.) I was starting to run out of names. I eventually got Scyther from game corner and evolved him into Siczor. His was the worst nickname of them all.

Not really to be honest - I was more often lurking both Lulz.net and old 8ch before their pkmn board got snipped, and now Im back here for some reason...

Back when Covid just started I wonder traded hundreds of Noibats with Pokerus, since I had a bunch of breedjects after hatching for a shiny noibat. There was something funny to me about some kid somewhere getting one i op f these and freaking out because he didn’t know what it was.

When I was 9 or 10 my friend had a bunch of pokemon cards so when him and his family left the house i snuck into their house through their unlocked slide glass doors and steal his pokemon cards. Did this 3-4 times and dumped the cards into a Halloween bucket. Like a genius i showed him the cards later saying these were just my cards, it didn't work and I handed them back with little resistance we didn't really talk again.

The first time I finished Gold/Silver I used a team based on Gold's from the manga, so I had a Typhlosion and a Politoed doing all the work and a Sunflora Aipom Sudowoodo and Mantine taking up space.

I bought Brilliant Diamond full price and after a certain point started skipping as many trainers as i could. My starter solo'd roark underleveled anyway and i handed the game to my roommate. I've financially supported this degeneracy for nothing.

I found a shiny meditite while playing rejuvenation. It had 31 speed ivs, a jolly nature, huge power, and real high attack ivs. I was so excited that when i went to minimize and get a screencap, i accidentally closed the game.

I save scum to a ridiculous extent. For example, I just fought the gym leader at Pastoria City and I restarted my game when I realized my lead pokemon didn't have type advantage. I then restarted the game a second time during the fight because one of my pokemon fainted and wouldnt get the exp from the remaining fight.
