I agree it is logical but in order to do this you MUST give Grass a new SE or at least remove one Yype's rwsist to Grass. I'm open to suggestions

Fire has zero reason to resist fairy other than to buff Mega Zard in Gen 6. Remove Fire's Fairy resist and have it apply to Grass, where it actually makes sense.

Fairy itself feels like a odd type so I already see it as "balancing type" so giving ice a plus is nice, but ice types as a whole just needs better pokemon with better stats, most fairy pokemon would be just attacked by ice moves on non ice type pokemon, unless you removes all ice weaknesses stuff like avalug will never be useful.

Fighting Types don't literally just hit things, they have super strength as a common base trait. They DO have the strength tobscrap a car with their bare fists, and doing so is a very effective way to communicate the idea of supermuscles

Magic is stronger than physical attacks, basically the same reason why fighting's weak against psychic.

Hmm true...I guess we can assume the magic user can conjure up a shield to protect themselves, while the physical fighter has no such advantage.

It's probably intended to refer to how good always triumphs over evil(well at least in classic literature). I personally would've preferred if it was a dual weakness like you said
