they're good mons I just wish they had a bit more kit so I could use them separately as more than a gimped pikachu

Why did Hoenn introduce TWO shitty Pikaclones? I get that they were meant to advertise double battles back when it was a new gimmick rather than a staple, but it's totally unnecessary. The Hoenn dex would be better off without Plusle and Minun or Volbeat and Illumise.

Brawl is over 15 years old and Sakurai still can't figure out tag-team fighters like IC and certain transformations characters.
