Possible this is just the human's interpretation of Arceus? Not like anyone has seen it personally, and people tend to make their "god" in the image of man, which could explain the anthropomorphism.

Wouldn't be against the idea of a new Arceus form in PLA, like a god form or whatever, but just a theory in case one doesn't come.
