Muk, Grimer, Magnemite, Magneton, Ekans, Arbok, Machop, Machamp, Machoke, and Meowth are all pretty ugly designs. There's a few more but I can't remember them because I don't like memorizing Pokemon, but you pick things up over the years.

Meh, no strong feelings for Rhydon. He's just kinda there for me. I forgot to mention that ugly is pretty subjective, but it's fair to say that the average person views it at roughly what I've discussed(roughly equal ratio of bad and good Pokemon).
