It's in game, just get a better water type instead and redistribute other hms.

Even without taking competitive into account empoleon's type allows it to deal with far more than floatzel ever could. If I remember correctly empoleon even hit's harder than floatzel who's only advantage is speed.

First time I played white I was lucky enough to find some japanese starters on the GTS in exchange for stuff like patrat and other easy to get mons so I played that game with all 3 startes. Was pretty fun desu

I box snivy and beat the game, then take it out and train to level 100 afterwards. I give it a tour of all the gyms as well.
