>>48963459It has the most interesting lore / plot points, even if that story is told messily and the villain is hilariously obvious even by Pokemon standards. The theme of the region is by far my favourite (beauty), the biomes are quite varied and unique at times, love the goodra swamp. Mega evolution is the best gimmick the series has ever had, both gameplay and story/lore wise.
Idk, I might be biased because I'm European and the region feels the most at home for me but I think that Kalos is just such a wasted potential - the region.
Here's hoping we get at least a Pokemon Legends: Kalos that focuses on the war period.
