In terms of Legends Arceus itself, it seems the brand new evolutions will be created from the base form evolving in this region's conditions, as opposed to Gen 8, where we needed a regional form of the base pokemon that will eventually evolve into the new form.
Scyther's regional condition will make it evolve into Kleavor, as opposed to having a regional scyther that will evolve into Kleavor exclusively.
The second thing was that, again, from Legends Arceus so far, Pokemon that do have regional forms, won't evolve, they seem to just be here specifically to be forms. Like Braviary and Zoroark, leading me to assume we are getting a regional Arcanine and Electrode instead of new evolutions for Growlithe and Voltorb.
