How is becoming bipedal the Ninetales treatment. Also what makes you think Samurrot will become bipedal? That might happen with a completely new evolution but regional Regional forms don’t really change the body plan (it’s not impossible but most likely the regional it would have attack animations that get on two legs, but it would spend most of the time on all four)

That's a really subjective and narrow perspective. Changing its posture doesn't inherently imply significant change, and significant change doesn't necessitate a change in posture. Not to mention that G-Ponyta's line, A-Persian, and A-Exeggutor look dramatically different from their original designs.
