3.-Team plasma eventually did try to pull the 'MAkInG PoKeMoN fIgHt iS bAaAaAaAD!' just to turn around and use pokemon to take over.
4.- Literally team galactic trying to rewrite reality.
And then he went on to make the most OP pokemon from the most OP type ((early) lorewise) for the hell of it.
