And dear god, don't try to fucking defend SWSH's writing. Shit is hilariously bad. At least in XY, the game isn't that plot heavy, so Lysandre just becomes a forgettable villain with shit motives, kinda like a worse Cyrus. SWSH on the other hand is filled with cutscenes nonstop. So much fucking exposition and cutscenes for basically no payoff. At the very least, the "plot" is so hilariously bad that in a way, it's actually good. In a way, I guess it's better than XY's bland story
And no, Rose is one of the dumbest written characters in any video game.
