The best case scenario is being like Dawn-lite, where her relationship with Ash is muted, as for her feelings they are barely acknowledged and only used for comedy, after all she's a supporting character so she isn't the focus, and is used as a tool to develop Koharu's character ala she watches Serena and Braixen do a performance. Her interactions Ash are also Dawn-like and the kiss is never acknowledge or as stated above used for comedy, then she disappears for several episodes.
Honestly, it feels pointless. Just don't have her appear at all. It's not like these writers actually care.
