What am I apologizing for? It's arguably the best 3DS era game, not a high bar to hit mind you, but I really like all the little touches the game has. I dunno if it's worth buying, especially if you bought or played SM, but I feel like in the fullness of time it will be seen as pretty good. It's not like XY where there's nothing special about it, or SS where you have to play a shitty game for a while to get to the good stuff they put into the DLC. Okay, maybe kinda like the latter, the SM stuff they didn't change is arguably the worst part of the game. Some of that is cutscenes, some of that is the second island being complete garbage and them doing basically nothing to it.
