Nobody likes these clowns, people also hate Flint for looking like Ronald McDonald and the train guys from Unova are absurdly popular with Japanese fujos but everyone else agrees they look like creepy muppets. he's meant to be a disco dancer who you literally fight to mexican music in the first game and a really good jam in the second. unlike the other cipher villains he's pretty silly too, and an afro is a real hairstyle. i never played swoosh but it looks as though you gotta take these guys seriously.
