I obtained her through an exploit in the old wi-fi distribution by using a specific DNS code. It cycles through all the wi-fi distributed pokemon of that generation for B/W and B2/W2, think B/W get like 28 distributed pokemon and B2/W2 gets like 12 with some overlap.
Best part is, you can get two, one through the liberty pass and another from the movie 14 distribution, so I just use one for each game.
