Unironically the best way to play BDSP is yuzu+pkehex.
pkehex to reset friendhip every once and a while so you don't just get OP and to cheat berries because growing them sucks and always sucked

literally my moms figurine shelf. Thats not a "secret" "Base" at all, its a gameplay feature to controll what pokemon have an increased chance of spawning in the bullshit underground. it has nothing to do anymore with the secret bases they introduced in RSE.

In terms of post-game battle-tower is ok and the classic battle zone is at least something. No villa though for true postgame. BDSP will finally be the game that triggers all the ROMhack bonanza because it is a good base that will get all those features readded and more. More time to pirate

People on this board hating on BDSP's Super Contest Shows and Secret Bases (both clear improvements over the originals), but those same people being angry that the fucking Platinum Villa wasn't included. You can't even properly customize the Villa ffs.
