I love Baltoy and Claydol. Their typing is hard to compliment and they suffer from a ‘does nothing well’ stat distro like a lot of Hoenn monsters, but design-wise they’re among my favorites. Caught one in a SwSh Nuzlocke recently and it’s been fun.

It's stupid to pretend people cares about individual pokémon, they care about their evolutionary line as a whole. The only exception are single-stage mons for obvious reasons.
