1)Ground resistence, this would not make Ice-Type less of the glass cannon type it is, but it would greatly give "defensive" ice-types something because putting Earthquake in check has value, plus it would defensively buff more than a handful of poopoo ice-types like Abomasnow being quad resistent to rock
2)Hail does what Sandstorm does to rocks except its physical defense, i mean what Hail actually needs and Arctozolt proved to show is having a reliable slush rusher (or just ice-type mons with good abilities in general, it feels like everything is either a Snow Warning mon or has the useless Ice Body ability)
