I know nothing about the swsh arc of the manga admittedlyIn whatever medium he was featured his time was ended too abruptly, too soon. He didn't have enough material or time to leave a lasting impression to the fans like previous "Fugs" and ended up as a "monster of the week" type jobber.
Zygarde, while having no game, was at least compensated by being heavily featured in the anime and movies at the time, it wasn't much but an attempt was made.
Eternatus doesn't have anything, even his design feels unfocused and half assed.
