Consider the sheer seethe and cope when something commonly hated in a 4chan community succeeds, it happens all the time (and I'm not saying they're wrong for disliking it).
Judge the thing when it comes out rather than speculate. Decide whether or not to get it from there, and then enjoy it (or not) on its own merits.
