Pretty sure it's canon (in the anime) that there are at least 2 different Mewtwos. One with a masculine voice, one with a feminine voice.

Yeah that's what I heard. I have never seen the genesect movie, or the more recent mewtwo appearances in the anime so the first movie mewtwo is still the freshest reference
