Everything below is 100% available regardless of time of day, and they tastefully replace crap that's abundant like Hoothoot, Pidgey, etc. (or commonish Pokemon that can be found on multiple routes). Note that you can still catch everything in their normal places (example, Houndour is still in Kanto only [what the fuck] and you can still get a Misdreavus in Silver Cave), so that means you'll still find plenty of Weedle and Pidgey and such. But it'll be worth it this time.
Also added the Johto babies just in case you got an egg mon you didn't give a shit about. I forgot about Igglybuff but honestly you can just catch Jiggs
