I wouldn't mind chibi, but the artstyle they used in bdsp is awful.
acnh does chibi so well, and I think link's awakening looked ok I guess. the proportions need to be good to pull that off. plus the overworld mons were absolutely disgusting to see.

Unironicly I agree. BDSP may be a bad game but it is a reminder of better map design.
