Today I am going to be ranking every Pokémon in existence, and working out which Pokédex is the best and which is the worst. In this image you can see my ranking of every Pokémon, alternate forms included. What did I base this ranking off? My opinion, which is the right one.

So, this tier list is cool to look through and all, but it doesn't really tell us much, so we're going to be applying some science in order to get some real data out of it. Let's figure out how to rank the Pokédexes.
