They already confirmed BDSP will get an update to allow Legends' compatibility and even proved they'll patch BDSP as needed. Sounds to me, seeing as they didn't add Zarude to the code for SS to keep it hidden until needed, they could well push an update that allows the new forms to be in BDSP, but without ruining the surprise due to it releasing sooner than Legends was due to.
Mind, given Khu's repeatedly said no DLC, it's a measure of who's actually listening to the leaker and who's listening to the manchild in their heads.
