Doing just some quick math down from US population that would mean that each of these supposed turbo sluts fucks most of the gay population, which would logistically be impossible from one city. Putting aside that just a brief google says that guys make up 4.5% of the population, not counting those afraid to identify as gay.
I always wondered, what does it take to intentionally lie to promote your ideals like this? The act of deciding you need to lie is the same as deciding you know you're wrong, so what causes this? When you know that the truth won't be convincing so you lie to make it sound worse, do you not realize that that means you're wront?
