Why does Game Freak give all the Steel-type and Ground-type Pokémon decent-at-worst stats while all the Rock and Ice-type Pokémon that isn't Tyranitar get decent-at-best stats? Is it really because of the "first gym" tradition bullshit?
And now there's the supposed Hisuian Avalugg being Ice/Rock showing that Game Freak doesn't give a damn as long it isn't a shillmon that doubles as a man wearing a suit, because that's where optimized stat spreads, good abilities, good typings, and good movepools come in. At least ROM hacks can fix this shit.
