I think an argument could be made each way desu, it is heavily associated with Ground as well as looking Bug-like, they just happened to go the Ground route, which I think is fine

Corsola isn't a rock, it's coral, a living creature, so I think pure Water to pure Ghost (or Water/Ghost) is fine, but yes for Runerigus

I'm down for Flygon being Bug/Dragon since Garchomp took its typing. But Electrode shouldn't be part Steel because we don't actually know what its made of, unlike Magnemite which is clearly a magnet, and has screws sticking out of it. Drapion also shouldn't be Bug/Dark, maybe Bug/Poison like Ariados.

Basculin is literally called the Hostile pokemon. It fights everything, not just itself and drives other pokemon except for Crawdaunt away. It's by definition a Dark type. You cannot refute this.
