Emerald has 103 fully evolved Pokemon available, Crystal has 94, and Platinum has 107. Not only that, but with postgame features like Pokeradar, Swarms, and GBA insertions, you can obtain all 493 Pokemon in Platinum excluding Gen 1-3 Legendaries, mythicals, Murkrow, Misdreavus, Clamperl, Trapinch, Stunky, and Glameow lines. It's easily the most generous game out of the first four gens (unless you count Pokewalker exclusives, in which case HGSS more).
