Also, I doubt anyone wants unique animations for everything, just that the generic ones aren't as stupid and bad as they currently are, they can't even get the unique ones right, remember forehead Hydro Pump and the like? And yes, they could hire more people to do this and have many teams working on different games simultaneously if they really want to keep doing yearly releases, they have the money for that, there's no excuse for that except greed.
