It doesn't learn many special moves. I guess I could teach it dragon pulse but it's already got ice beam to deal with dragons

It stopped being a TM in SWSH, went back to being a TM for BDSP, but they also removed its near-universal teaching capacity and limited it to a handful of Pokemon, most of which already learn it by Level Up anyway.
