Absolutely nothing. Show, don't tell. If you need the thing to do the conga while idling in 4K resolution, Pokémon isn't the game for you. It's always had an esoteric air about it, kids expected to use their imaginations to fill in the world suggested. Some people never lose that, you seem to be one of the latter.

The concept art looks better. Alakazam is a good example of something similar — its limbs are tiny, as it doesn’t need them to be huge, but it still looks sturdier than Delphox’s 3D model.
I think the difference captured in >>49075899 is more about the thinner body and larger ear tufts of the model than it looking more frail.
