Lando isn't even that bad, it's just versatile. Meh speed tier, meh defense, and no recovery. Its damn good but it not unstoppable. It could have been far worse.

Yesh, Intimidate is bullshit, though Game Freak actually tried to balanced the game for once and buffed several lackluster abilities so that they could counter intimdate.
