100% accuracy moves missing in Pokemon Let's Go

I have been playing Pokemon Let's Go Eevee since yesterday, and something very weird happened. I used the move Quick Attack (which has 100% accuracy) and the opposing Pokemon dodged it.

How is this possible? There are no held items or abilities in Let's Go, so how can a Pokemon possibly dodge a 100 accuracy move?

I'm really confused. Is this a known thing in Let's Go, or is it some bug in the game?

My Pokemon that used quick attack was Alolan Ratatat. I don't remember against which Pokemon it happened, but I remember it was vs one of the Trainers on the way to Bill's house, after Nugget Bridge.

I'm not lying. I am just saying what happened. My Charmeleon also dodged a Thunder Wave later, btw. But it was more weird when the opponent's Pokemon did dodged Quick Attack.

I'm not sure what the sperging from everyone is about but I believe there's a very small chance that even 100% accurate moves can miss in every game, not sure if its a bug or an intentional rare thing they want to happen. I'm not completely sure on that thought, since it is very rare and when it happens its easy to over look if you didn't take note of a move or effect that messes with accuracy/evasion

This chance only exists in gen 1, now you could maybe claim that this bug got carried over from gen 1 to the let's go games somehow but claiming it's in every game is just misinfo

It could be that you were up against a ghost type Pokemon who are immune to normal type moves. Those are immune to normal type attacks. Othewise, it's a case of accuracy being lowered for you or evasiveness raised for your opponent.

Faithful to Gen 1 I guess. All moves except for Aerial Ace and other moves of the same type having a miss chance is more realistic than most moves having 100% accuracy.
