Checked some of these MMD and they look very sterile or have terrible backgrounds, every Leaf is sucking Red face through kisses that look like from softcore or hardcore set leading to an explicit sex scene.
You can barely find any decent pic of Leaf this way, the Japanese browsing those MMD dmare very limited compared to the actual fanart, the viewcount is abyssmal which means they avoid these MMD like fire and are probably annoyed by them.
It's not even art, those models are just ripped and unedited, I think it breaks Pixiv whole concept and insults the actual artists drawing fanart with their talent.
