I also think the dogs, bird and maybe lugia/hooh shouldnt be here just because like the tapus theyre mostly local legend tier. Also we have thundurus thats actually supposed to represent lightning and storms. The regis also arent that significant besides regigigas. Mew is completely wrong, it should be directedly related to arceus and some lesser legends should come from it
