nah, they know the pressure's on with johto. hoennfags and sinnohfags have no backbone, but they know if they fail to live up to johto's untarnished name they will be met with backlash never seen before. johtofags have a perfect record, and if gf even brings it down 1 point they will go rabid. they won't risk it, even if it means missing out on free money. instead, we will be getting legends: celebi (thanks for beta testing once again, sinnohfags). then, johto will be complete.
