Rowlet would’ve made a great Jigglypuff echo.
Eevee would have made perfect sense after LGPE gave it a signature elemental attack for every evo. Its Z Move looks like a Final Smash too.

that's also me knowing people found a way to mod characters without their proportions and bones being altered, because no average Smash modder is WarioTails.

I think abt this all the time. Missingno might be the most well known glitch in gaming and if not its still the most easily implemented one. Its got a crazy legacy and would make a really unique fighter.
