Having said that, I never minded too much about cartoon negros, especially when they were the cool or funny characters.
Jinx was a cool Ice pokemon, and Ice beam was OP as fuck back in Gen 1. And while I'm at it, Mr Popo was really cool. He may be Kamisama's butler, but he is really well trained, and probably more wiser than Kamisama itself, but he is kind enough to always help.
