i knew rosterfags are a meme but come on. plus there's way more useless mons in the game, what with pichu, lucario, and while i'd like to say incineroar he's at least kinda unique gameplay wise. maybe greninja too idk how unique he really is, it's been a while since i last played and i usually just stick to my mains.

I'm willing to argue he's a bigger wasted slot than even Incelroar mostly due to the cookie cutter Sheik moveset and boring new take on a shinobi/ninja fighter in smash.
The only reason but would come back will be same reason Roy was "miraculously" DLC.

I love Charizard being there (I wish they kept solo Charizard from Smash 4 even though I like Squirtle and Ivysaur) but I can't describe with words how much I wish they did actually add Plusle and Minun in Brawl, they would've been really cool playstyle-wise, they're two of my favourite Pokemon, and frankly there's no chance of them being added in the future since the days of those two really being shilled by TPC are long gone, they weren't even added in Pokkén as Support Pokémon despite literally being cheer Pokémon.

Speaking of Rivals, they did the elemental affinity gimmick better than Brawl did.

Brawl Pokemon Trainer was miserable as hell, and playing SSE with Stickers didn't make the mode worth going back to like Adventure Mode. Smash Run, and WoL.

World of Light was okay on it's own, unlike Smash Tour.
If I had to add to the mode, I would insert dialogue akin to Sonic Rush cutscenes, add a belt scroll level for every boss like the Final Battle, cut features like Magma Base, and probably through in an extra map for DLC characters with Safer Sephiroth as the secret boss.
