I hate how HGSS have so much added dialogue and cutscenes for 0 fucking reason. Now that I’ve played the originals, everytime I boot up HGSS I’m reminded by just how fucking clunky they made absolutely everything for no reason at all. Like elm runs out and stops you to give you his phone number, instead of just, y’know, giving it to you. The game is filled with shit like this and it’s probably the main reason I even bother playing the originals still. Picrel is me when I get stopped again and ask myself what good reason the developers had for doing this
